How much is delivery?
Nairobi County delivery is KSh 300 per order. Delivery to other Kenyan counties is KSh 500 per order. The applicable fee is shown automatically at checkout before you place the order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day. After dispatch, Nairobi delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days and other Kenyan counties at 2–5 business days.
How do I pay?
Checkout offers Pay on Delivery and Loop Till. For Loop Till, use Business No 714888 and Till No 493393, then submit the payment name, amount and M-Pesa or bank reference code with the order. Loop Till payments are subject to verification by Dehaju.
What is the return window?
For eligible unused change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, contact Dehaju within 7 calendar days after delivery. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for conditions, return transport responsibility and defective-item handling.
How can I confirm whether a product is in stock?
Use the availability shown on the product page. For a specific size or a large quantity, contact Dehaju if you need additional confirmation before ordering.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Use the Bulk Orders page or contact the sales team with the product, quantities and delivery location.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Customers can check out as a guest using their contact and delivery details.
