Delivery charges
Dehaju currently delivers online orders within Kenya. The applicable delivery charge is calculated from the county selected at checkout and is shown in the order total before the customer places the order. The maximum standard delivery charge shown here is KSh 500 per order; Nairobi County orders are charged KSh 300. No free-delivery offer is currently advertised.
Order processing and dispatch
- Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 0–1 business day after the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Delivery estimates are business-day estimates and begin after dispatch.
- Remote locations may require the upper end of the stated delivery estimate. If a destination cannot be served, Dehaju will contact the customer before dispatch and will not collect payment for an undeliverable order.
Delivery address and receiving an order
Customers must provide an accurate phone number, county, town/area and delivery address. The recipient should be available at the delivery location or provide a person authorised to receive the parcel. Dehaju Supplies may contact the customer where delivery directions need clarification.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address or contact information supplied by the customer is materially incorrect, any genuine re-delivery cost will be communicated before a second delivery attempt.
Inspection on delivery
Customers should check the parcel and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If an item is wrong, damaged or defective, contact Dehaju promptly on 0720 778 462 or sales@dehaju.co.ke. The Returns & Refunds Policy explains the return process and who bears return-delivery costs.
