Terms that apply when using the Dehaju website and placing an online order.
Business and contact information
The online store is operated by Dehaju Supplies. Customer support: Superior Arcade, Accra Road, Nairobi; 0720 778 462; sales@dehaju.co.ke.
Products, prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Kenya shillings (KSh/KES). The product, unit price, quantity, delivery charge and final order total are shown before an order is placed. Product pages describe the product offered and show current availability. If a genuine pricing or availability error prevents fulfilment, Dehaju Supplies will contact the customer and will not require payment for an order that cannot be supplied.
Placing an order
A customer places an order by completing checkout, reviewing the order total and policies, and selecting Place Order. A DEHAJU order reference and confirmation page are generated. The customer should retain the confirmation details. Dehaju Supplies may contact the customer where delivery information needs clarification.
Payment
Checkout offers Pay on Delivery and Loop Till. For Loop Till, the displayed payment details are Business No 714888 and Till No 493393. Customers who select Loop Till submit the payment name, amount paid and M-Pesa or bank transaction/reference code with the order. Submission of a code is not automatic confirmation of payment; Dehaju Supplies verifies the payment against its transaction records before treating it as confirmed. Customers should not send money to an unsolicited number or account claiming to represent Dehaju Supplies.
Delivery
Delivery charges, processing times and estimated delivery periods are stated in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and are included in the checkout total.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, the 7-day change-of-mind request window, defective-item handling, return transport responsibility and refund timing are stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customer information
Customer information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and maintain transaction records as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Kenyan law.
